i just did 20 minutes of aerobic exercises, walked one mile on my treadmill, and ran another mile on my treadmill.

how can this affect my weight? or does my weight just naturally fluctuate? it really scares me because every day i’m either 116 or 118 or 119. why is this happenign? is this natural????

Your fluctuation probably has to do with your fluid balance; you did a great deal of exercise sweated a lot and so your weight went down. You drink a bunch of water/Gatorade (whatever) and it goes up. Weight naturally fluctuates depending on exercise, fluid intake and menstrual cycle. The few pounds you are talking about is of no real significance. If you see a greater than 5 pond fluctuation in a day there MAY be a problem, but… quit worrying so much about your weight. Do you eat healthy (fruits and veggies; drink lots of water; stay away from fried and processed junk and soda)? Do you get at least moderate exercise? Do you get fresh air and sunshine? If so you are probably physically healthy.

To get an accurate weight, you should weigh yourself on the same scale, at the same time of day, wearing the same clothes (or nothing at all). You should also not worry so much about your weight, it is only a number. Unless you are having health issues, don’t pay so much attention to the scale; especially considering your age. Puberty is about your body changing, in lots of ways, weight being one of them.
