You are starving yourself. You are not getting enough calories for your body to function properly. You also need to make sure you get enough protein. It is necessary for your body anyway, but it is also essential for helping you burn fat and gain muscle.
You really should talk to a doctor to work out a diet plan, but a woman your age usually needs about 1300 calories a day, MINIMUM. With the amount of exercise you are doing, you might even need more.
It is easy to find foods that are high in protein and low in fat, which is what you need to help you lose weight. It sounds like you are eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, which is great. Remember, though, that most fruits do have a lot of sugar, as do some vegetables. Also, be careful which yogurt you choose- some are great for dieting, and some are loaded with sugar.
You should not rush to lose weight. It is best to lose it slowly, and when you lose it slowly it is more likely to stay off. Losing weight too fast is very dangerous, and when you lose too fast, the weight is very likely to come right back on.
Be sure to drink enough water. It is a very important part of losing weight. Take your body weight, divide it by 2, and that is how many ounces of water you should be drinking every day. At first you will feel like you are going to the bathroom a billion times a day, but then your body gets used to it.
Are you sure you really need to lose the weight? Don’t just judge by the number on the scale. Go by how you feel, and also measure your body. Actual weight can be very deceiving. For example, I am 5’10″ and weigh 180 pounds. It sounds like a lot, but I am thin (only a size 8 or 10), because I am athletic and have a lot of muscle.
I hope this helps. Good luck, and be healthy.
