I’m tired of being called the ugly girl and this summer I want to change then way I look so when I go back to school in the fall, people want to take a second look. I’ve already joined yoga and aerobics to tone/lose weight…I want to make a HUGE difference on the way I look so that people will barely even recognize me.

I think your really pretty!

but if your really concerned with losing weight, I suggest swimming. Not just recreational swimming, but competitive swimming with 2 hour practices 4 or 5 times a week. It sounds intimidating I know, but since swimming is the most intense aerobic sport (since it trains every part of the body) you will get massive tonnage and really sexy legs. If you really do decide to do this, I suggest joining a swim team in your area.

Just a warning, the first few practices will feel like hell and you will feel like barfing and want to quit. But don’t give up, in a few weeks, you will get really fit, and swimming won’t be that painful anymore.
