I’ve been trying to lose weight I’ve been mainly watching what I eat and how much and when, I walk about 3 miles a week and take a aerobic class for an hour once a week. I want to know should I eat before or after I exercise and what should I eat to support me being more active? Should I eat before, after or both depending on what I eat?
Let me explain a little more I have a busy schedule like to other so this is as good as I can get right now.I’m trying to get out as much as I can. Anyone who answers try and be smart by me trying to exercise and work out and lose weight I’m not eatign fast food or **** fatty foods. I’m just asking what is best to eat before and or after my walking or exercise to benefit more because my metabolism will be in good working order. Thank you

It doesn’t matter what you eat if that’s all you’re exercising. You need to exercise a lot more than that. Try walking 3-5 miles per day, and take an aerobics class at least five times a week.
Once you commit to that, start eating 5 small meals a day. Have a big breakfast, a yogurt around 10:30 am, a light lunch (sliced turkey and maybe a little cheese) for lunch, a small snack (an apple or some other fruit) at 3:30pm and dinner at 6 or 7pm. Portions at dinner should never be bigger than a deck of playing cards.
This is how you lose weight. You just need to start trying harder.
